If the product is defective we can exchange it at no costs for you! If you realize you have ordered the wrong size or style please contact us and we will be happy to help you exchange it for the right item. We can only do that within 24 hours after your order has been placed. At this time your order hasn't gone to production yet.
I'm not happy with my order. What can I do?
We do not accept returns because you "changed your mind". We do not offer refunds for returns.
If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you and there is no need to return the item. You must send pictures/videos of the damaged or incorrect item.
If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it. You will be provided a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.
Once orders are shipped, you will need to contact the delivery carrier for any further information. We are not responsible for shipments that show delivered and you did not receive.
If you provide the wrong address, you have 24 hours after placing your order to contact us so we can correct it.
If you received Defective, Damaged or Incorrect items, contact us within 5 days after your package is delivered with a photo of the defect or issue to: email@example.com so we can fix it for you.
